"Signed up for the drive safe discount. My bill was at $203. StateFarm never sent me the beacon to set up and then raised my bill significantly. When I reached out to Mr Sand, he didn’t accept responsibility at all and through our message threads kept alluding to me being a liar about it. He then proceeded to say it was a $37 charge for not setting up the beacon however he actually added $57 to my bill. When I asked why, he refused to answer. Very sketchy place to do business."
