"Signed up for the drive safe discount. My bill was at $203. StateFarm never sent me the beacon to set up and then raised my bill significantly. When I reached out to Mr Sand, he didn’t accept responsibility at all and through our message threads kept alluding to me being a liar about it. He then proceeded to say it was a $37 charge for not setting up the beacon however he actually added $57 to my bill. When I asked why, he refused to answer. Very sketchy place to do business."
"Tristan, I'm sorry you feel this way. Our records show multiple attempts to contact you via text, voicemail, and email to prevent the discount from falling off. Unfortunately, without a response or the required setup, the system automatically removed it, which resulted in the bill adjustment. We make every effort to help our customers keep their discounts, but we can't do that if we don't receive a response. If you have suggestions on how we could have handles this differently, we're always open to feedback."
