I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ashley. I work as a Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) myself, so I know this industry well, and I genuinely appreciate people who are honest and transparent.

Ashley reached out to provide me with an insurance quote. During our conversation, we realized that we both work in the insurance industry. Once she learned that, she still took the time to answer my questions and explain some of the differences between State Farm’s processes and what happens behind the scenes from a customer’s perspective.

She spent about 10 minutes talking with me—time she absolutely didn’t have to give. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, just an honest conversation. As someone who works in this industry, I can say that transparency isn’t always easy to find. Ashley was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful.

I can only speak to my experience with Ashley, but if she’s a reflection of the people Matthew Sand hires, I would absolutely recommend this agency. If you’re looking for an agent who values honesty, transparency, and professionalism, ask for Ashley.

Even though I didn't end up getting my auto insurance from State Farm (due to a more competitive cost elsewhere), I certainly will come back for more quotes in the near future. Right from the beginning to the end (maybe about 1-2 weeks), Brayden patiently explained the various terms and components of my auto and home insurance and has made a stressful task much easier for me.
